Bachelor’s in Education Degrees in Maine

University of Maine at Augusta offers various teacher preparation programs in several areas, including secondary education 7-12, early childhood education B-5, early elementary education (K-3), elementary education (K-8), and special education (K-12). Some of these programs are offered jointly at the University of Maine’s Augusta campus and Presque Isle campus; some are also offered through distance learning.

Saint Joseph’s College of Maine offers bachelor’s degree programs in the following areas: education, elementary education, special education and physical education prep program. The programs at Saint Joseph’s are rich in field experiences. University of Maine offers teacher programs at every degree level. Students in Master of Arts or Master of Science programs at UM must also complete a thesis.
